Boyd Goulden saw an opportunity to use technology with QR Codes and smart devices to ‘Link’ a certificate or document to a property, helping Homeowners and Trades people knowing where to find the important documents, easily in one place.
Solution
Cyber built a mobile App with QR Code scanning technology to look up properties and link them to a customers account on the Web Application. Both the Homeowner and chosen Installers can access these documents safely and securely online.
Results
This prevents documents getting lost or misfiled and having to request duplicates from the various certification bodies which can cost time and money.
