Implementation of new operational system

We’ll analyse your current system(s) and business processes and then understand more about your business and your goals. We’ll talk to your staff and consider all aspects including data, security and workflow. We’ll then design a spec for a new system, which will be discussed with and approved by you before we set about building in a series of agile sprints with regular reviews.

We will migrate any old data, test and review the system with you and be there to host, support and maintain it should you wish, or handover the IP and running to you.
