Background

Breezemount specialism is focused on providing seamless integration with major players in furniture and bathroom sectors, they now operate in excess of 250 vehicles, completing over 1 million home deliveries per annum.

Challenge

Breezemount process a complex supply of delivery data across a monthly average of over 83,000 deliveries just for their main client. The legacy software had an inability to handle a growing client base, the challenge was to build a system capable of handling multiple accounts and the associated volume increase in data, whilst providing accurate invoicing on a consistent basis.

Brief

Breezemount required new software architecture to handle more complex delivery and pricing matrices from their main customer but with the flexibility to handle a broad range of Client requirements.

Solution

The system was built using new web application written in .NET which automatically imports all supply deliveries, calculates all of the multiple different billing permeations per client and accurately produces financials for each day, week and month end billing.

Results

Breezemount have been able to save time, money and have achieved significant efficiencies gained through accuracy, traceability and scalability of the new system, which has also allowed seamless linking with new Client systems.
